First off, I would say you are definitely not overweight. At 6'2" you stand tall, but realize that weight is just a number. You can be over 200 lbs and still be healthy at 6'2".

To help you out in your workout regime, I'd recommend doing body weight exercises to start off. Working with pushups, pullups, crunches, and squats are your best bet. When you feel like you are getting stronger than perhaps you can move on to weights. I'm only stating it this way because it seems like you get injuries quite often.

The next big thing you want to do is consume. Make sure you are eating enough. Don't ever starve yourself. If you want to build muscle you have to make sure your body has the extra resources to use for muscle growth.

For abs to show, you need to be at a certain body fat percentage or lower. This is accomplished by losing fat. I say try to build some muscle first, then worry about losing fat 'cutting' afterwards.

cannot really tell without a picture. Whether you are overweight or underweight is determined by the levels of fat and muscle

your not either one! what have you done about a complete checkup with your doctor? bone test? i would find out why you appear to be prone to injury and proceed accordingly! if you live close to a YMCA I would get under one of their workout programs with proper direction! goodluck...

your bmi is 21.8 which means you are normal weight for your height.
