Why does exercising make you happy?!


Question: I'm doing an exercise routine and I've noticed that both during exercising and afterwards, I feel much happier. Doesn't the body release something that makes you feel this way?

As said above, your body automatically releases endorphines ( feel-good chemicals) into the blood during excercise.

Also despite burning energy , excercise increases your core energy levels and strengthens your muscles over time so coping with life day to day becomes easier.

Mentally you become happier knowing that excercise is a positive activity for your health and well-being so it improves your psychological status.

regular excercise is a win-win-win scenario.

Because exercise gives you endorphines that make you happy. and happy people dont kill their husbands !

I'm really not sure, but it could be because you're releasing stress...mmm..but why do u release stress?
