eat SMALL healthy portions every 3-4 hours and stop eating at least 3 hours before you go to bed. The whole not eating much is actually making things worse because your body goes into starvation mode and starts storing fat. Every person is different and it seems like your body stores fat in your stomach (be thankful that it's not your butt - like mine!). Drink lots of water - cut sugar and sugary drinks. Do you drink too much soda or coffee? Try cutting down... Make sure that if you are eating every 3 horus though its SMALL portions and healthy choices or else you'll end up over-eating.

crunches

dont let your "friend" talk to you like that.

just run on the treadmill for even 15 mins a day and after about 2 months i promise results!

Watch what you eat...it doesn't matter if you don't eat much if all your eating is junk. And exercize. If you are having trouble doing it on your own join a gym it's not that expensive really.

Okay I don't know if you are a man or woman but regardless this is a problem that lots of ppl have especially Americans. First of all think of your health, stomach fat is the worst kind when it comes to your health. Okay saying that watch your white carbs (don't eliminate carbs, eat whole grain, whole wheat especially in the morning) to the best you can to eliminate sugar and caffeine. Drink LOTS of water. Cardio helps eliminate fat but also do crunches. If your a beginner in ab exercises I'd suggest a beginners palates. I hope I helped good luck!

I have the same problem.. You probably have issues with bloating. Some people, like myself, just can't eat certain foods without blowing up like you're 6 mths pregnant. Also, you may have certain food allergies that affect your stomach so it would be helpful to experiment with different types of food. I would suggest you to try different foods to see what works because everyone is different. For instance I have to stay away from all salt, fast food, and pop (because it carbonated). Try eating lots of fiber, like veggies and Raisin Bran; take fiber supplement such as FiberChoice; if you get constipated (which causes bloating) take stool softener everyday - but not laxatives because your body becomes immune to them. Also drinking lots of water and jogging helps bloating. Doing all of this really helps me! Good Luck, and I know how you feel!! :)
