Are there any actual benefits of being in a sauna?!

Question: Saunas make you sweat. Sweating is one of the body's four ways of removing toxins (the other three being breathing, urination, and defecation).

The increased heat of a sauna makes you sweat more than you would through normal activities, and gives you the toxin-removing benefits of a good workout at the gym, without the effort.

You lose water weight by sweating. losing that makes your muscles have more definiton. But you need to drink water after so you dont get dehyrdrated

Yes, but they are not weight-loss related.

It's good to get your pores open up and sweat. Sweat carries toxins away, makes you feel better, makes your skin look better. Be sure to protect your hair - they don't need all that heat. Wear a hat or at leat a towel.

The only good benefits of a sauna is that it opens your pores and helps rid your skin of dirt, and it helps with excess water retention.

My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product (all natural) which I think helps a lot in the process (it's really good for detox, you'll feel much healthier). I recommend you check this website
