Ha those 10 pounds have been there a while and aren't leaving without a fight!!

You might want to try Michael Thrumond's Six Day Mini Makeover. It's hard to stick to but it's just six days and it really works. You have to go to the website and figure out what your body type is. If you search online you'll find the plan for you posted somewhere. All the types are posted in various blogs.

try not eating after 6pm or after supper .. if you get the craving a light snack , an apple or any fruits of your choice also drink water...
