Question: If I jog on my threadmill for 45 mins a day,
going about 3.5mph [going up everyday]
do about 150 bicycle crunches a day.

Ive been trying to get abs too! what your doing sounds great. cardio combined with good eating habits and core training well remove the fat (your not fat though) and get you nice abs. you'll probably notice them changing and get firmer in 1-2 weeks. Make sure your eating good because 80% of the results come from what your putting in your mouth. you look fine to me, but if your wanting to tone up your doing good

i love your hair!

You're skinny as hell! (in a good way)

Stay like you are. 90% of guys prefer flat stomach over girl with abs.

you're just fine..you look kind of too skinny..but every woman has a layer of skin over her abs. It's supposed to be there for when you have children one day. Women aren't supposed to have as defined abs as men. Unless they are a body builder..but that looks totally freakish to me.

You look fine

what makes you look like your stomach is sticking out is kind of coz of ur posture, you push your stomach forwards, i do it to.
You are skinny, but even like the skinniest most anorexic-y people have the belly thing going on...
