I Need help loosing weight on my love handles and stomach?!


Question: I'm 20 years old. I took a year off from college and gained about 30 pounds. When I was a freshman I was 130 pounds, had double DD's a big butt, ate only mac and cheese, ramen noodles, and adderall for my adhd. Now I'm very wide. I started going to the gym and eating right again about a month ago and went from 165 to 150. But I cant seem to loose the handles or the tummy. does anyone have any advice or certain exercises that target these areas? thank you!

Reverse Crunches
Alternating crunches
Leg lifts
Normal Crunches

All help with the stomach area,
the alternating crunches will also help with the lovehandles, but it will take awhile,
i'm in the same situation at the moment,
except now DD or big butt =P
