*the main thing: you cannot "spot reduce." that means you can't eliminate body fat in one area.
*start eating healthy and doing light exercise daily (unless you end up liking it and want to do more). learn about good fat and good carbs (aka "enriched wheat" is not "whole wheat". it's whole wheat refined to white and them given some good stuff back).
*cut out sugars from your diet, don't eat anything that has over 5g sugar per serving, except fruits with the peels on. only drink water and unsweetened/ lightly sweetened tea/coffe/etc..
*eat atleast 4-5 meals a day and don't worry about calories just eat til content, NOT BLOATED.
*get all servings of fruits/veggies daily
*light exercise includes easy things likes 30min constant walking
*include a light strength program 3 times a week (pushup, situp, pullup/ reverse-pushup, squats, lunges, calve raises, planks, supermans, leg raises. repeat once or twice and if you can't do an exercise do a negative (slow/controlled lowering of the movement)
*3 things contribute to metabolism: resting metabolic rate, exercise, eating (yeah, it raises your metabolism a very little). genetics contribute to slight differences.

don't eat for like 4 days, then do push ups and reverse push ups and u should be ok
