Can I lose at least twenty pounds by June 10th??!


Question: i'm graduating from high school and my mom is taking me on a trip to mexico for graduation. i want to look good for mexico, so......yeah, is it possible for me to lose at least twenty pounds by then?
i've already cut out all carbs besides rice. what else can i do?

yeah u can! u could actually lose like 26lbs if u lose 2 pounds a week, which may sound SLOW.. but that is the healthy way to lose. i am currently on the weight watchers flex points plan. online and i have lost 3.4 pounds last week and 3.9 pounds this week, IF you stick to the plan and REALLY want to lose this weight u can:) good luck and HAVE FUN in MEXICO!!!!

you need to exercise and eat lots of veggies and fruit. and drink lots of water

RUNNING EVERY DAY. if u normally dont excercise you can easlily lose 20 pounds or more by running and losing water weight.

it's possible, it depends on what your current weight is and if it would be healthy for you to. i've lost twenty pounds in a little over two weeks and ended up having to have surger to remove my gall bladder because i had high cholesterol and gall stones.

yes just eat a healthy serving of each food group , exercise , and sleep. Also don't stress yourself or it could a great defect.

Yes it is all you have to do is eat healthy. DOnt go out to eat and excersice. Dont take weight lose peels because dont really help to loss alot of wait and its not healthy so you may get sick. Eat fruits veggies smoothies with no yogurt. no milk unles its fat free milk. rice/brown rice. read while exersicing or watch tv. dat can really help.

Depends on how much you weigh. If you are already thin, probably not. Keep doing what you are doing and exercise and drink lots of water.

Sounds very reasonable. Clean up your eating and start doing cardio at least 4x's and strength training at least 2x's a week.

Eat a balanced diet but not too much,have five small meals a day,drink plenty of water,do cardio AND weight training,get pleny of rest, and you should be able to do it. I have.
