Atkins snacks???!
Question: I'm planning to start Atkins tomorrow.....form what I have heard the induction can be boring the first two weeks........
Any snack/breakfast/Lunch/Dinner Ideas

Atkins can be mixed up and doesn't have to be to boring ;)
Breakfast: Any kind of eggs, Bacon, breakfast sausage, cheese and veggies
Lunch: Chicken breast, salad, chicken salad, steamed veggies with butter and cheese
Dinner: Chicken breast, steak, sausage "breakfast for dinner".......veggies, salad
You can mix these things up, I'm not on Atkins persoanlly but my friend is and she liked making chicken salads, since they are healthy, fill you up and actually taste good.....same with eggs, they can be mixed up to make good snacks anytime of the day.
Also her fave for snacking is treating cucumbers like crackers.....put a slice of cheese on a cucumber for a yumm yumm snack :)
I liked eating crab dip and using pork rinds in place of the crackers.
I can't stand pork rinds but the cheese made it bearable
hmm... when i was on it i would eat precooked things that i just put in the microwave for a minute. make sure they're healthy though with no trans fats
ham, cheese, boiled eggs, almonds, low sugar yoghurt.
