Whats up with my weight loss?!

Question: So I have been eating healthy since mid-January and have lost 36 lbs total but only 3 in the last 3 weeks. I dont get whats slowing me down. I know it eventually slows but I still have a ton to lose. Any advice on how to kick start it and get losing a little bit bigger numbers again?

You've probably plateaued, which is perfectly normal. Just keep it up and you will keep losing the weight. Low numbers are usually followed by high numbers, and vice versa.

Stop your diet completely for about 7-10 days. Eat more calories during that time, by about 500 calories per day. That should get your metabolism back up, and then you can resume your diet. It might also be wise to change your diet plan a bit when you resume, as your body seems to have adapted to your current plan. Try something like calorie shifting (eating more calories one day, and a lot less then next) or no carbs for a month and see if that does the trick.

same thing is happening to me. though i've lost way less than 36 pounds. maybe step up your exercise routine. i usually exercise for an hour, but it's doing nothing. i don't even get tired anymore.
how much do you weigh now? it's harder for someone at a good weight to lose weight than someone who is overweight.

You may just have to change it up. Your body has gotten accustomed to what you have been doing for the past few months. Do you exercise?

you're absolutly right..it does slow down after you lose quite a lot.
i mean..it's not like you're going to lose another 36 lbs in like two months. unless you seriously, and literally, work your *** off.
but otherwise, just dont push it.
but i want to give you a total CONGRATULATIONS on your weight loss! woo!

and just by eating healthy?
if you dont mind..could you email me like what you ate everyday? thats AMAZING!

I 'am going through the same thing. I lost 35 pounds in 6 months and still need to loose 10 more but as much as I try to exercise and eat right, the scale does not budge. My jeans still fit the same. I even vary my workouts from jogging outdoors to the treadmill and still no results. This is very frustrating and I 'am sorry I don't know what to advise you , I need help myself.

well the last few pounds are always the hardest to get rid of. and once you get skinnier, losing weight becomes harder and harder. mainly because you have less weight to lose.

My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product (all natural) which I think helps a lot in the process (it's really good for detox, you'll feel much healthier). I recommend you check this website
http://weigh-less-feel-great.us , they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!

One thing that will help you lose weight: a colon cleanse. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few until I found a great one that works (its all natural too! - it's just pills, but you'll detox, lose weight, and fell much, much better). You can go to
http://easy-fit.us and order you free trial, also you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!
