Help with muscle gain?!


Question: I've never been a gym guy so my muscles are very under developed. I'm 29 with the body on a youg boy and feel the need to get that masculine body before it's too late. I know that there are many suppliments out there that promise great results. Can any one tell me from there own experience what suppliments I can take to help develope, build, and strengthin my muscles. Aslo I understand that there is some kind of suppliment that helps with that first time work-out muscle pain. Can anyone help me with this?

you really dont need to buy suppliments, they are just *helpers* what you need to do is stack up on foods that is packed with Protein, Bodybuilders will all tell you, building their body is 25% eating, 25% working out, 25% sleeping, 25% cardio.

in your case it would be more like 50% eating, 25% working out,25% sleeping. Sleeping atleast 7 hours helps your muscles rebuilt while you sleep due to some chemicals that your sleep releases, and eating healthy and alot is like the #1 next to working out for muscle gains.
