Green Tea Kick ..!!?!


Question: So Ive been getting back into my work out routines and green tea has become a big part of my diet. During the day I eat miner amounts (sandwich for lunch and juice) . I've heard green tea helps speed up metabolism? Is that correct and by drinking green tea will it help get fit quicker?

Yes green tea is really good for you in many ways however i don't think that it will help you get fitter, maybe healthier but it has nothing to do with fitness is a measure of how well you can perform physical tasks, health is if you are free of infections or illnesses. But yeah green tea deffo helps speed up metobolism and I should know cuz im a health freak! x

it does help but not a lot. It is more healthy for your heart and because it originated in china, a lot of chinese people live longer than us and dont have a lot of cancer so they think it can help against cancer as well.

No bad in green tea, all good. As for making you loose weight, it speeds your metabolism a little but not enough to notice a difference just from tea.
