It's not when you weigh 300 lbs and can't stretch. Can you imagine seeing that during a yoga class?

yes

There are several different kinds of Yoga. Have you seen Madonna's arms lately? They are Yoga arms.

I don't really know how it helps, but if i do it in the mornings right when i wake up, it really helps me wake up and start the day. :)

Great for relative flexability and relaxation.
If you are thinking of taking it up, i highly recommend it.
If you are thinking of giving it up, don't.

Yoga is fabulous! And its a lot more difficult than people know. I look and feel great AND I los 30lbs. Try it, you'll be hooked.

yea it is...some people argue its a religion so thats where i get lost...

Yoga is amazing, it not only tightens & strengthens your whole body but it just makes you more graceful and gives you better posture and a more confident look

i dont noe bout losing weight, but its sooooo relaxing

DEFINITELY. It helps with your flexibility, strength, burns calories, is a form of meditation, and all in all it makes you feel great.

um...it worked for my friend but she did yoga for like an hour everyday

Just walking around the block for 30 minutes each day burns more calories than doing yoga of equal time. So, skip yoga. It's just hype. Walk or lightly jog around your block is better.

Is the world flat? What came first the chicken, or the chicken salad at KFC? Nobody knows for sure, I say diet is more important than exercise. Because if you don't eat, you die. Unless you have a I.V. inserted in you that feeds you, if your too lazy to actually chew solid food. Then there is the possibility of hiring someone to chew your food for you, but that is an entirely different subject.
