Stretch marks: What I use and it works really well, Vitamin A retinol cream that is 1,000 IU per ounce. It must be all natural so you know that it's the safe type of retinol. You can get this at a herbal or all natural store for about 15 to 20 dollars for two ounces. Trust me, it'll last a long time as you only need a tiny bit. Rub this on at night. And Cocoa butter. Rub this on in the morning. The combination of the two have really made my stretch marks fade to the point of being almost invisible. And they're still fading!

As for them shrinking, that takes time. I really don't know anything that will really make them shrink. I've always been told by my doctor that they will go down on their own.

Flattening your tummy: Ab Balls work wonders! I use them because they're so versatile and you have a wider range of movement. I also do a lot of crunches on the floor. Yoga and Pilates are also really good with shaping the core. The Firm Dvds are absolutely PERFECT for the ab region, as it has a variety of dvds and moves that focus right on that area. It's something worth the investment.

I hope this helps you like it helped me! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to write!
