The problem with bologna is that it doesn't have much nutrients and is mainly...just fat and salt...if you want some awesome foods with healthy fats, and good protein, eat a peanut butter sandwich instead. It has way more nutrients than the bologna. If you can't eat peanuts, you can find almond butter, if you can't eat nuts at all, then you could eat egg whites, cook them without the yolk, and you'll get a good amount of protein.
When you eat these foods have a glass of milk on the side for some more protein as well as healthy fats and carbs to aid in repair. Hope this helps :)
eat lots of bran to regain energy. I usually make bran muffins. bran cereal, bananas, etc.
i would say get a good serving of protein 1st off. If u can get access then definetly get so dietary supplements for before + after workouts...but yeah thats talkin from a football diet standpoint
