Is it really bad to do bicep curls today even though i did 6 sets of 8-10 yester!

Question: Not the best of ideas. I would strongly recommend against it. As well as most pull type back exercises (lat pulldowns, rowing, etc) as your biceps are already burnt out and need at least 24 hours for the torn tissue to repair.
If you do overload by exercising like this, you will notice that your muscles get harder and harder. But also smaller and smaller.
Be smart.....do your legs or chest today.

Yes you do not want to over work your muscle group. You have to let them rest, this is when they grow. If you want more information on fitness and workout plans visit and join the free website www.thehealthremedy.com. They have all the answers you may need to have a healthy lifestyle

it's only bad if you're using too much weight. if your arms are very tired still from yesterday - then you should take a break. but if you are still able to do the lifts correctly, then you did not work them too hard yesterday and it's fine to do it again today. you should vary the amount of weights your using day-to-day. ie - one day to less reps with more weight.. then drop to a lower weight and do more of them. all that really matters is that you work the muscle and that you do the exercise correctly. doing 50 reps doesn't matter if you're rushing or overtired and doing them improperly. you're more likely to injure yourself than build muscle.

YES. you need to repair the muscle and by working it that often you are at great risk for injury and little to no growth

If you worked your biceps the day before, then they haven't had time to repair themselves. Doing them again will break them down even farther. Let them have some time to recover before you work them again.
