Getting in shape, please help?!
Question: 13, 5"5, 145, athletic build- I play volleyball, basketball, golf, and aau bball. I am a little over the avg. weight for my age. but my main concern is getting abs... and i already have a whole lot of muscle in my arms i need a diet i can controll with in school and eating out. Im not willing to take pills or anything like that no energy drinks.... Im not just looking for abs i want to have a really nice body, nice muscles, avg. weight, broader shoulders, and nice posture. I need help please give me a workout plan managable at home, a healthy diet, and some extra tips. Thank you for your help.

This is what I did (im 13 too) I did 100 sit ups everyday in sets of 25, drank more water and less Pepsi, got take out much less. I wasnt doing in to lose weight but to get abs, and i did. Just in time for the day i went to a pool! I always work out in the morning and eat shortly after becuse it takes alot out of you!
