Is it OK to take whey protein, creatine, and glutamine all at the same time?!

no its not okay post workout, creatine should only be taken pre-workout as it slows your muscle tear down rate allowing you to work out longer and harder and unless you don't you won't benifit from it... whey protein is fine after as it helps to rebuild, and I know nothing of glutamine

i dont know about the glutamine, i know nothing about it

but yes you can take protein and creatine together. I dont use either, but a fitness trainer told me that protein works best when taken with something else, usually creatine is the best thing to take with it
