Question: My Height is 171cm turning 16 this year
How can i increase my height , aming 175 at least ! i got the genetics .. if i wanna do pumping and sits up does it effects growth rate?

hmm..obviously you got the genetics from someone that isn't too tall. However, i don't know what 171 cm. is? Put it in feet? you can't make yourself taller, you could try, but it's just how you are. frankly, i wouldn't want to be too tall. i', very tall and hate it.
Some people don't hit their growth spurt until their 20's. However this website may be helpful.
