I am 17 and 178cm (~5'11 US)....will I keep growing or does it stop here?!

Question: I really don't want to be anything under 180. 182+ is my ideal. So is there anything I can do or take to help with the "growth process" or am I done growing?

There is nothing you can do, or take, to alter your growth. What will happen will happen. Most males are fully grown by their early twenties, but it isn't unusual to see men go through their final growth spurts in their late twenties.
Chances are, at age 17, that you will reach your ideal height.

It's really not up to you, but you have 25% chance you'll grow a bit more. Good luck!

You may still grow. Boys don't stop growing until the early 20s.

Males can continue to grow until they are 21. Some young men may not even get their growth spurt till their late teens.

As long as you dont smoke and take any other drugs, its possible, as they stunt your growth.
