Question: im 14 years old teen and need to loose about 10-15 pounds i am 127 pound and 4 feet 11 inches tall...

i want to loose fat around the hipps thighs and butt area... i have a tredmill at home and i go on it every mornin for 25 -30 mins i also stoped drinking milk in tea and dont eat junk food much now... help me plz

Hi,

You can lose 10-25 pounds in one month... safely. Just follow these rules. There are also several recipe books and recipes on her web site.

I lost 92 pounds, down from 325 lbs. The first week I started eating this way I lost 8 pounds... but it was probably because I was so big to begin with.

The rules are...
Food group 1
Fats, meats, oils, cream, butter

Food group 2
Veggies (no avocado or potatoes or carrots, these turn immediately to sugar when they hit your saliva).

Food group 3
Carbohydrates, rice, pasta, potatoes, non fat milk.

Food group 4
Fruit, eat only in the morning, on an empty stomach, about an hour before breakfast, not after. Don't eat it at night.

Rule... eat anything from group 1 with anything from group 2.
Rule... eat anything from group 2 with anything from group 3.
Rule... Do NOT eat group 1 with group 3.
Rule... No soda, caffeines, whole milk, yogurt, avocados, bananas all of these have fat and carbos so when you want to lose weight don't eat them. Afterwards you can.

Picture this in your head, insulin from your pancreas is secreted, to help digest sugars, and anything digested with it will be 'stored' as fat. So if you want the pasta and bread, don't have the butter or oil or meat, instead have a marinara tomato sauce, or sauted veggies with garlic, no oil or butter with carbos... remember.

Don't stop drinking milk, just switch to non fat. To me the best milk is the powdered kind that you have to mix up. I don't trust the ones that come from the cartons all the time. You've done a good thing by cutting out junk food. I did that and it worked for me. I think you are on the right track, don't give up if you don't see results right away. You are pretty skinny and it;s harder for people who are close to their goal weight to lose those last few pounds.Good luck:)

look.. im 16 now, but when i was 14, i used to be 200 punds. i went to the gym 6 days a week and just walked and slightly jugged for 3 miles on a tread mill every day. i lifted some weights as well. now im 137. 5'9.
stop eating junk food, but keep drinkin ur milk it will make ur bonzies stronger. my junk food intake increased during the time i was in the gym!
dont take any fat loss pills or all those non-sense stuff.. they do more harm than good

well you know that eating has alot of play with your diet and working out, you want to keep hydrated with lots of water each day, you know whats heathly and whats not, take pizza up to salad the right choice would be the salad, the more you start making the right choices to eating the more the weight will shed, also cutting back on calories will help you more than you will think..........
