Will an hour and a half walk every 5.30am and a cup of rice a meal make you slim!

Question: If you consistently walk an hour and a half every morning, your body will get used to this routine and you'll burn less and less calories everyday.

Start doing interval training(google it). All it takes is 20 minutes a day, that's it! You'll see more results from that 20 minutes a day then you'll ever see from walking every morning.

Don't get me wrong, walking is very healthy for your body and overall health but you won't notice any drastic weight loss.

Oh yeah, cut rice out of your diet, it is very processed and hard to digest! If you are going to be eating any rice, eat brown rice but very little and with some lean protein.
Good Luck!

Of course, as long as u stick 2 it and push urself to loose the weight.

Perhaps, but this weight loss will only be temporary. You should focus on making long-lasting lifestyle changes (as far as diet, exercise, etc.) Otherwise, you'll suffer for a few weeks (or months), lose some weight, get excited, revert back to old habits and gain it all back! Instead of a temporary deprivation diet, learn how to make healthy choices. :] Good luck.

yes it will big time if u stick to it

yep, you'll lose weight, only if you can stick to it. If your eliminating some food groups then your body well naturally start to crave them because thats what it needs to function. When you give into the cravings, you'll start to eat everything you gave up on the diet causing weight gain.

Yes, but I'd caution away from white carbs. Go for whole grains (brown rice, whole grain breads and pastas) as they take longer for the body to digest and keep you feeling fuller longer. They are also better for your blood glucose levels (white carbs can cause your blood sugar to spike.)

Also try to balance out your carb intake with protein (cottage cheese, lean meats, egg whites, yogurt, nuts.) By doing this, it stops the body from releasing as much insulin. It also helps to curb hunger for longer periods of time than if you eat a carb by itself.
