Does hunger mean you've used up all the calories you've ate?!

Question: ...so far, and need more?

Answers: ...so far, and need more?

Basically yes. I've always been told that once the stomach growls, it's really a sign that the body is starting to starve. So, it's used up all the calories eaten previously.

No, otherwise, people wouldn't gain weight.

nope.I don't think so coz hunger is just normal.

No. In general it means that your stomach is empty and wants to be filled. That not necessary the same as using up all calories.
Generally, you should never feel hungry as it forces you to eat faster and more, even more than you need. The feeling of satiation comes about 20 minutes after eating, and you wont feel it in time if you eat FAST. Thus it increases the chances to gain fat.
