Extra loose skin?!
Question: So I used to be somewhat overweight but not too much. I'm 6'2" and my highest weight was 230 pounds. But I went on a good diet and started eating healthier and now I'm down to 200, and I wanna keep going until I'm 180, or 175 pounds.
My main question is that once I finally get rid of the majority of the unsightly fat that's left on my body, will I have loose skin all over my body too? Or is that something that's naturally adjusted when slowly losing weight and eating healthier. Remember, I wasn't THAT much overweight, and I'm only 19 years old if that plays a factor into any of this.
If I will most likely end up with loose skin, is there anything I can do to fix that aside from any surgery?
Thanks in advance everyone. I appreciate any help you give me. :)
