Dieting help...?!


Question: I'm 16 years old and I weigh 230 pounds...
I'm 5'11' tall..
I'm a female, and about to enter college this June..
Could somebody please help me, how do I get started with the whole dieting thing.
Every time I think of "You should lose weight,.. Ok! I'm gonna Exercise tomorrow morning" laziness strikes me?...
What should I do..?
I don't wanna disappoint people around me?
Plus, I'm entering college? I don't want people looking at me and whispering, "Look at her. She's such a big fat whatever.."
And, my mom..
She keeps encouraging me every day, I don't want to disappoint her too.
And those stupid kids outside our house who kept teasing me "Piggy!!"...
And my ex-crush.. I wanna prove him that I can do this.
please... help me.!
tell me how can I get that fit n' fab look...

i know what you mean!! everytime i think about exercising i just fall asleep, even though im already fit lol!!! evrytime youre about to exercise, or already doing it, think about those people who are calling you piggy it will motivate you more to show them resutsl, hell if its a dude he may even want you when your do lose some weight or become fit!!!

a good way to get started is by changing your diet and start exercising immediately. stop doing unhealthy things cold turkey, because when you see reslts that motivates you.

try starting with lean cuisine and eat protiens like egg whites, salmon fish shrimp, turkey ham, seafoods and chicken breast grilled broiled or sauted

veggies like broccoli spinach and salads with no drsiing are some on the top of the list. also almonds low salt pop corn wheat breads are also good carbs.

You have to do it for you, not for your mom or for anyone else.

I really think you should try Weight Watchers, at least for a couple of months. They teach portion control which is one of the biggest problems for overweight people. After just a month or two it becomes so routine and you wonder why you ever overate in the first place.

Start walking 3 or 4 times a week for 30 minutes. Once you are used to that you can add in more exercise. Just keep moving.

Diets will make you fat. Change your life style. Eat only foods grown from the ground and drink half your body weight in Oz's of purified water every day. Cut out soda and fast foods and I guarantee weight loss. When you start feeling better start walking or swimming or bike riding. this will increase the results dramatically.
