How can i acheive a flat stomach???!


Question: I wan to get a flatter stomach or so a flat stomach. Right now my stomach is preety much bulging and since im thin my body looks awkward and u know how. i tried swimming but after swimming for 2-3 days a week i dont see any diff of my stomach and i do avoid snacks. i dont want a too muscular stomach with too many abs i just want it flat and well a nice stomach? I guess i have to get rid of stomach but how can i do that? Nowadays i cant do anything outdoors cuz it keeps raining here. :/ What can i do indoors when its raining??? And what kind of food should i avoid? Any other ideas to get a flat stomach kinda fast???

2-3 days is a short period so don't be discouraged if you are not seeing results yet.

To get a flat stomach you will need to combine stomach exercises with good eating habits and cardio.

an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture, for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you will damage your back and spine!
Slowly move the upper part of your body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times.
Every week add to the number of repetitions.
You will see the results in a week, guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.
