How many sit-ups do i have to do a day to get a toned stomach?!


Question: i just started to work out this week after about 6 years of not working out (i am now 20) when i was 14 i had the best stomach and i would do at least 500 a day! i know it sounds like a lot. but thats what i would do becuase i had read that britney spears would do like 1000 and i loved her stomach! (not now though) so i finally made up my mind to start working out again...and today i am up to 400 =) (after three days of starting)

A fitness consultant at my gym who use to compete in body sculpting events suggested I do 1500 to 3000 crunches a day. It is possible and doesnt really take that long, try doing 500 in the morning 500 in the after noon and 500 before bed. These are just crunches not full situps so it shouldnt take that long. Honestly, myself I only do a set of 500 and get bored or just dont have the time to do more.

for a ripped one dont do situps go to the gym plz
its faster and cheaper
cheaper as in u will save time and time is money
