I'm 15 years old, how do i lose a little weight?!


Question: i don't want to have to buy certain foods and dieting pills. all i want to do is exercise and run and watch what i eat to loose weight. i'm not too sure if it will work, can you help?

Don't drink alot of soft drinks, don't eat alot of candy & chips and junk food, and exercise. Walk, run, jump rope, do pushups, crunches, bike, and be as active as possible. If you are interested in any sports try out for the team.

just eat good food not junk and exercise. this is the best way to lose weight and keep it off. diets and pills may work for short term but you need to learn good eating habits and keep exercising to keep it off. maybe talking to librarian or nurse at school to help with menu of foods.

yea you dont have to go on a diet to lose weight. Just watch what you eat and exercise daily and you should start seeing the difference!

this is what i have been doing, eating food that arn;t so high in calories. also, i do something fun to burn calories off. i dance about an hour every night.
