Anorexia nervosa is when you have a distorted image of your body - you think your fat when you are actually not. People who suffer from anorexia nervosa stop eating or eat very little and still see 'fat' when they are actually bordering skin and bones. There is also Anorexia Bulimia which is the act of purging your food after binge eating (can be related to anorexia nervosa). Then there is a third classification which is an 'eating disorder' this can be any sort of crazy dieting or even over eating or emotional eating in excessive quantities.
45 kg for someone your height definitely borders on underweight. However, it doesnt really matter what you weigh as long as your body is healthy. Eating just bread will harm your body dramatically. Bread contains hardley any vitamins, minerals or protein - all of which your body needs to function and to use energy. Eventually if you continue on your bread diet your body will begin to hold on to fat stores. You might also become extremely sick, lethargic, depressed, constipated and much more. Your body is clever and will begin to hold on to fat as it prepares for 'starvation' mode. Thinking your fat when your not is a pshycological disorder and it is quite common. Try and reinforce positive thinking about your body image or seek help else where. You are not helping your body in any way by doing this to yourself. Instead of dieting you should be aiming to eat a balanced diet. Please, i dont mean to sound patronizing or anything but really think about what you are doing to your body. Its really great that you have come forward and identified it as a possible issue - you should follow through and start to change your attitude about your body.

no, only eating bread is NOT healthy. you are underweight and most likely malnourished. you can be scared of becoming overweight and not be anorexic. i would strongly recommend talking to a councilor or somebody like that in detail about your situation to prevent an eating disorder. good luck!

Well yeah. That is a classic symptom of anorexia. Hun, believe me, you need to eat. Fruits, veggies, nuts, grains. All these are rich in the nutrients you need and won't cause you to gain weight.

White bread is bad for you. It's processed, full of sugars, and yeasty. So it's not the best thing to live on.

anorexia starts with thinking ur fat when you actually arent. i suggest you get some help and support from people. plus ur weight is low
