Who has used Hydroxycut? Does it work? Any side effects?!
Question: I've used it and it worked so far as I continued to workout. Bottom line is this stuff will effect everyone a little bit differently. Question is are you willing to try it and see how it works (or doesn't) for you. I didn't have serious side effects just a little jitteriness in the first two weeks. Good luck!

Yeah, I used it - although it made my face break out. I also had a lot of acne on my back and terrible gas for the whole time I was using it. It worked though - I lost a good amount of weight.
my girl freind used that and did nothing at all. those over the counter diet pills are a waste of money thou 1 person i do know uses xantrax 3 blue bottle and shes loseing weight from those.
I tried it a few years ago. It seamed to work, but you have to diet and exercise too. No side effects, for me. I was thinking of using it again.
I used it, and lost 40 pounds but I was also exercising a lot and eating healthy. When you first start taking them they make you feel jittery for the first couple of weeks until your body gets used to them. They really helped with controlling my appetite, but the bad thing is all those diet pills do is create dependency on them. you have to stay on them the rest of your life, because as soon as you go off them, your appetite comes back three times what it was before, and you gain everything back plus more. Doing this over and over makes your body more resistant to losing weight the next time you try. When I tried going back on them again, they didn't work for me at all.

NO! It does not work apart from making you focus on your training. Gives you a tingly feeling and might make you feel hot. Over the counter pills do not work. However, if it helps you control your food and train, then its worked. Do you think for one second that the legislation would allow side effects their bums would be sued.
