SLIMQUICK? Ladies?!

Question: Has anyone used SlimQuick product?
If you have did it work even remotely the way that they say it does? Or is it just another dud?
I would like to keep some of my more flatering curves after I lose some weight...I am afraid that working out is going to take them...so I want to know if this product is worth it, or if there is one out there that works? Or even if you know any diet (picky eater) and exercise routines that work to keep curves but rid you of rolls? I already have a gym membership, but I don't have money to dish out for stuff like weight watchers or something.
I need to lose 35-40 lbs without losing curves
I am 25 yr old (female obviously)

Honestly, no "product" is going to be a "miracle worker". Best thing you can do is increase your water intake. It takes a lot of water to keep you hydrated, even more when you're trying to lose weight. Water would have to be the only "miracle" for weight loss I can think of. It not only increases your metabolism, but it also cleanses your body of other junk that could be keeping you from losing weight. Caffeine is a no-no if you're trying to lose weight -- it's a diuretic and causes you to become dehydrated. When the body thinks it is becoming dehydrated or being starved it shuts down its metabolism so it can hold on to everything it's got stored. Drinking water will not only help with losing weight, but you will feel hungry less, find you have more energy and also reap the benefits of having healthier skin, hair and nails.

It's kinda like God's perfect beverage for us!

Good luck! You may begin to feel like you're just pouring the water down the potty, but when you realize that all those extra steps to the potty help add up to pounds and inches lost (in the right areas) you'll be glad you did it.

As for the breasts --- you shouldn't lose too much in that area --- usually that will come when you get older and the breasts begin to lose density --- they will automatically seem to be smaller. In fact, as you lose inches off your belly, waist and back your breasts may actually start to look larger!

Check out the links below for more info on drinking that wonderful H20!

i used it for one day it make me hungry like i had never ate before.... i was shaking and dizzy and feel like i was going to pass out. my heart was pounding, it was horrible i do NOT reccommend this one at ALL!
Honestly weight watchers is the best one i know it has work for 4 people i know

Good luck

It causes gastro issues in many people, and really does not work as well as most may think...
You want to lose weight and already work out some? Simply cut back on sodium intake, that in itself with shed lbs and eventually inches.
Look in your cabinets, freezer, and check labels of sodium content, be aware of how much is in each food you are consuming.
Go with low sodium, eat natural foods like veggies, no prepacked and avoid going out to eat AND do NOT go with low fat products, anything low in fat is high is sodium.

When I was pregnant with my daughter, I had severe toxemia, and bloated up to 214 , my usual weight prior to being pregnant ranged about 135-140, I was not allowed to have anything with high sodium, no prepacked foods of any kind,
I could use the salt shaker but no prepacked foods...
after no having the sodium, and after having my daughter, my husband brought home Mc Donalds, I bit into my cheese burger and spit it right out, was too salty to me, because I was used to not having high sodium foods, I no longer wanted it, was nasty tasting! From keeping my low sodium way of eating, I went from that 214 after having my daughter to 121lbs within just 4 months after giving birth. Less than what I weighed before I got pregnant.
So you want to lose weight? don't eliminate sodium but go with a low sodium way of eating. People don't realize, it isn't the calories as much as it is the sodium that packs on the pounds and excess water weight we carry- especially in summer when we drink more, the sodium is like a sponge and we all know what happens when a sponge gets wet, it expands and gets heavier! Think about that!
Good luck- and don't buy that trashy garbage on the markets, there really isn't enough study on those things and can do more damage than good, as with anything it can help with one thing and cause several other things, it isn't worth it.

well i know that my mom is in the weight watchers program and she loves it ... idk ... i haven't really noticed any change but i do see her everyday... she has definitely gotten smaller but what i mean is i don't notice any change in her curves lol but yeah she's lost lover 60 punds so that might be something to look into

hope that helps!
