Does anyone know some good tri's, or bicep workouts to increase mass?!


Question: My arms now measured cold are a lttle over 17.5 and after I workout they are over 18, I would love any advice to get them where they would be 18 without a pump. I have tried a lot of diffrent things. Any more advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

18 inch arms are nothing to sneeze at.

You can't realistically add more than 3/4 of an inch per year. Some people are genetic freaks and add more but it's rare.
Stick with the basics to build mass. Barbell curls, dumbell curls, close-grip bench press, tricep dips.

You are also going to need to keep up with the mass diet. Without the correct diet you won't add mass to anything, expecially your arms.

you have to do se simple exercisein a very slow way ,and eat low fat cheese and eggs
