Best shoulder excersises, which do U think are?!

I'm a big fan of seated dumbell press (4 sets of 8 to 12), followed by upright rows (3 sets of 8 to 12), then lateral raises (4 pyramid sets) and end with reverse pec dec (4 sets of 8 to 10) to polish off my rear delts.
This is what I am currently doing....I change exercises every 2 to 2-1/2 months to shake up the muscles and hit them from a different angle.
