I took my first yoga class Monday and am still sore. Is it ok to go to the class!

Question: I was thinking either I am really out of shape, lol, or I just worked my body to hard for first time yogo. I really liked it and its just another way i'm bonding with my boyfriends sister, which is very important lol.

My sides and stomach are still sore. i know tomorrow I'll be sore again. But is it ok to go again while still in some pain. lol

I mean I'm 19 and healthy. Nothing could be wrong besides the fact I used muscels I didn't know existed?

It's fine to go just stretch extra before and take it easy during class. You probally won't be able to do as much as you did on Monday. Oh and that's great you get along with your boyfriends sister like that!

haha yeh i know EXACTLY what you feel!
yeh your fine... it's normal
just tell your teacher and they will help you strech it out :)

Lol its accually kinda good ur hurting, means you did it right! Now for it to be hurting this long u wasnt of worked those muscles that hard for a long time haha. Just strech at home, throw some ice on it, soon enough the pain will go away little by little. Its like playing a sport, Hell week comes, feel like crap at the end all sore, and as the season goes on you dont become sore as much. Just make sure you strech
