change your eating plan and do more strenuous exercises like aerobics the last pounds are always the hardest to move dont get disheartened you have done great

No tips but how did you loose the 25 pounds in two months? I really want to know!

Don't expect results so fast. Your body thinks you are starving it, and so has shut down. Increase your food intake slightly to tempt your metabolism back into9 action, and that will burn off the pounds - 2 pounds a week is a safe target.

loosin of weigh depends upon da way u excersise da intake of ur food.and loosin of weight is not dat quick.it depends 4rm person 2 person.some can loose weight even widout doin anythin but some cant.so therefore u need 2 hav patients 4 it

ok when your not moving around the human body burns 12 calories per pound in a day. so to find the number of calories you burn per day, p*12=c
where 'p' is how many pounds you weigh and 'c' is how many calories you burn per day. now that you've lost 25lbs, you have less calories being burnt per day, so if you keep on a steady diet of counting calories at first you will lose weight but eventually your calorie intake will equal the number of calories you burn per day. That's how you lose and gain weight.
Now there are other factors, when you exercise you lose more calories a day, thus increasing the number of calories you can consume without gaining weight (the main reason exercise is considered healthy).
The bottom line is your getting closer to the point where the number of calories you burn in a day is starting to equal the number of calories you are consuming, so you're not losing as much weight, or no weight at all.
