You may find this hard to do, but it has worked for me. At Curves, they do this: You need to gain a few pounds to jolt your metabolism and then go back on a diet.

-Substitute Coke for something with less sugar and no artificial sweetners. Artificial sweetners make your body crave calories and it stores everything instead of burning it. Try Minute Maid juices, Coffee (if it's the caffeine), or Propel water.
-Eat LOTS of fruits and veggies. Studies have shown that individualswho eat 7-9 servings of fruits and veggies a day have up to a 20% lower body fat percentage than people who don't.
-Eat breakfast, I LOVE to sleep late so breakfast is usually what I cut out of my morning routine. I eat an orange ever day for breakfast because I can eat it at my desk.
-Drink Tea. Tea contains caffiene (not as much as coffee) so it acts as a dieuretic to help you keep off water weight, but has a high enough water conten to keep you hydrated. Plus some teas have antioxidents.
-If you're having problems waking up in the morning try eating a cold apple. It's more effective than a cup of coffee or a coke to wake you up.
-Preservatives are one of the things people don't think about in their diets. Most preservatives are high in fat. The best as natural ones such as pectin.
-Eat whole wheat or multigrain bread or white bread made with unbleached flour. Bleached white flour has no nutrients and all flours are digested as sugars. You need the sugars in carbs but you want to get something out of it too.
-Stay away from white sugar, fructose, or artificial sweetners. Use brown sugar, maple sugar, cane sugars or raw sugars in moderation.
-Go for a walk. Every day for about 20 minutes you need to sweat. So run, power walk, swim lengths, etc. Get out get active. You need to sweat for 140 minutes a week for your body to process energy properly. Sex 2 or 3 times a week for about 30-45 minutes is considered equivilent because of the muscle contractions in your stomach.
-Stay hydrated. It is so important that you stay hydrated. The general rule of thumb is 1oz of water for every kilo that you weigh. This needs to be adjusted a bit for activity level but that is the general rule.
-Don't forget Electrolytes. Propel is flavored water that has 25 calories and ELECTROLYTES. An electrolyte is any substance containing free ions that behaves as an electrically conductive medium. Your body can't create energy without them.
-Dairy. Dairy is a huge part of diets that is most often forgotten. You don't need much, a yogurt cup a day and 16oz of milk is usually what I have.
-Fiber helps your body expell waste. Yes I'm talking about poo. It will help you regulate your body and in turn your body will get rid of all the junk.
-Stay away from processed anything. They're full of salts, fats, and preservatives.
-Eat peanut butter. About a tablespoon a day is good.

My FAV recipe for breakfast is peanut butter oatmeal. Make oatmeal normally and add about a tblespoon a serving. Then add a little bit of sweetened condensed milk instead of sugar. You can add more milk or cream if you want. It tastes great and is very healthy. Try adding blue berries or raspberries as well.

Hope this helped. I lost 33.5lbs since August

Go down to 1400 calories, cut on all simple carbohidrates and burn 800 - 1000 calores daily at the gym and you will.

i like what Kasi had to say. If I could, I would write that down and do it, esp. the peanut butter oatmeal!!!!!!!!

It gets hard once you get to your goal weight. I've been trying to get under 200lbs and it's just not happening. You could try "shocking" your system. Instead of doing your cardio workout at a steady pace, you could go at a high tempo for two minutes and a low pace for two minutes. Sometimes your body gets accustomed to your workout and needs a change.
