The first one is water definitely.
As for cholesterol, the answer would be all of the above.
Exercise is an obvious way to lower cholesterol
Saturated fat is the highest source of LDL (low density lipoprotein which can build up in arterial walls and increase the risks of stroke and heart attack).
And finally, dietary fiber helps to lower LDL and raise HDL (high density lipoprotein which can counteract the buildup of LDL in the arteries) levels.
I believe the body is mostly made up of water.
I'd say water for the 1st one, and C for the other question.
