Question: A little bit of both - I like to watch what I eat but I don't cut myself off totally from bad foods, If I want chocolate I have it (In moderation, Of course) because I know I can burn it off as I do qutie a lot of exercise! :)

True- very intense, I've lost 3lbs in 4 days(but it's healthy 1200 -1400 calories a day)
10 years ago i lost seven and a half stone and been on a permanent diet since to keep the weight off. I have but it's hard work every single day
not a diet, just trying to eat healthy. (how may calories are in fish and chips from chippy!!!!! dont care anyway, they were nice)
