Alternating workouts?!


Question: When you workout, should you alternate workouts?

Like one day do arms, next day do legs and abs, etc. I've heard you're supposed to do that, so your muscles aren't constantly working out.

Am I right?

Yes , upper body one day , lower the next , cardio third and then a day of rest , repeat .

Don't forget to stretch
