Daily calorie intake varies from person to person. This all depends on sex, body size, how physically active you are, as well as body chemistry.
As a general guideline for maintaining a healthy weight, Normal calorie intake should be around 1940 calories for a Woman and 2550 for a man....
Since each lb of fat is roughly 3500-3600 calories for most people, here is the math that I would come up with.

Normal caloric intake over 2 days.... 7000-7200
Your Caloric intake over 2 days.... 900-1800 (not sure)
Amount burned over 2 days... 4000
Calories Lost over 2 days.... == (-3100) to (-2200) cals

I would say that you would lose rougly 2 maybe 3 lbs.... However this is not a completely healthy, nor permanent way to weight loss.. Make sure you continue to workout and increase your caloric intake slightly as that will improve your metabolism and energy during workouts...

like 5 i think i did!

dont do arson

like 3 punds y do u wanna loose so quik

That sounds not to healthy at all! and slightly obsessive!

Not a lot. Your body will go into starvation mode and will store more fat because it thinks it needs it. Eat more and weight loss will follow.

2 pounds at most

It takes 3500 to lose 1 lb which should be your goal per week, otherwise you body will go into starvation mode. You need to consume a net of 1200 calories to make sure that you get the nutrients and you
