depends what you're going for.. the healthy range of bmi would be 115lbs to 155lbs for your height.

aesthetically it would depend on your sex, men apparantly look their best at a bmi of 22-24 for women 20-22 sooo, id say 125-135 for a girl 135-145 for a guy

my doctor gave me a chart, and for 5'6" you should be between 140-159 pounds.

You should weigh 100 pounds after reaching 5'ft, and about an extra 5-10 pounds for every inch.... So anything around 130-150 is a healthy weight. 20 pounds or more under 130 makes you underweight, and 25-30 pounds or more over makes you over-weight.

well, i'm 16(female)and 5'7'' and i weigh like 145.

i think the healthy range is like 115-155 so anywhere in that ballpark--give or take a couple pounds.
