Answers: What plan are you following?

after having 2 babies it's very hard to loose the weight i have tried many different diets nothing seems to work i could use some help to good luck

The 'don't stuff my face with crap' plan, it works really well.

dont eat or drink for the rest of your life lol tc

well i was trying too but it hasn't worked i was doing some cardio but nothing happened so now i have switched to building muscle which has been working well and I'm slowly getting some definition

well yer i could always lose a few pounds but i useually just do lots of exersise with low fat and calorie

Im trying to loose weight on my stomach and so far in a few weeks i have lost a few inches and people are like wow...

I used to be a fatty but now im toned and how did i do it.?

I got into figure skating, did pole dancing lessons, 50 sit ups a day and 20 min run on the spot everyday. Oh and cut out bread completely. good luck!

Well I'm away to start, just realised I've put on 7 or so kilos without realising. I'm just going to think twice about cakes and chocolate for a while and I've started going for a run, so going to keep that up too.

i follow ma own plan n dat works

runnng or quick walking for 30mins a day it will drop of you

I'm walking a lot and eating really healthy.

chewing strong gum inbetween meals to stop my snacking. :D

Running is the best all over fat burner. If you do not like running, have breathing problems or cannot run, you can walk at an incline. For example if you walk on a treadmill at 4 mph at 10 incline for 45 minutes, you have burned 500 calories. Eat mostly fruits, vegetables, and protiens. Try to cut back on sugar or not eat anything full of sugar such as candy, cookies, etc but natural sugars (found in fruit) are fine. Here is a meal plan that will help you lose weight fast and not be too hard to follow:

BREAKFAST
1/2 grapefruit
2 egg whites
slice of whole wheat toast

LUNCH
pear
banana
Fiber One bar
serving size bag of Sunchips(your choice of flavor)
celery with peanut butter

DINNER
breaded and baked fish (any kind you like) or chicken
peas or any kind of vegetable
brown rice

SNACKS
cottage cheese
fruit
vegetables
protien shake (one scoop protien powder, nonfat milk, frozen fruit)

Also make sure you drink enough water. Drink one glass on nonfat skim milk a day or have it in a shake and then drink NOTHING but water. Take your weight and divide it by 2. The convert pounds to ounces. For example, if you weighed 150 lbs then divide by 2 = 75 lbs then convert to ounces - 75 ounces of water a day. Make sure to drink that much water every day.

Good luck :)

Excersizing.
Healthy Food.
No fatty foods.

Buy a dress the size you want to achieve, eg. size 8.
Keep excersizing and eating healthy food. and everynow and then try the dress on and see how much more you need to loose.

'stop eating unhealthy stuff' plan

Eat right, Exercise

eat less move more plan,i always leave somthing on my plate, cut out fizzy drinks, replace with water, and i walk short journeys instead of driving.i also stated cycling, hadnt been on a bike for years and its great fun and not as boering as walking!
its the little things that make the difference, and you dont feel your missing out on anything.
best of luck

try the F plan. It's a low fat diet, and it works really well, but can get boring after a while. Because you lose the fat, your weight stays off. It's the only diet I know that lets you eat your fill ! you can find details on the Internet. Hope this helps

Drink Green Tean. It will speed up you metabolism. Do cardio exercise 5 times in a week. For at least 20mins.

There are soo many options... read health magazine, website, use Google.

Best thing that worked for me was to exercise 4 times a week and eating a healthy diet. I didn't count calories but just ate low fat (nothing above 5% fat) and i lost 1 stone in 6 weeks and then a further stone over about 5 months. I don't exercise so much now and I've put back on about another 7lbs and maintained this weight for around a year which I'm very happy with. I know that if the weight starts creeping back up i just need to increase my exercise levels, which means i'm no longer obssessed with my weight and feel more in control of it, instead of the other way round. Faddy diets never worked for me and i think the only way to maintain weight loss is to adapt your lifestyle to a healthier way of life.

When I want to lose weight, I find that if I eat less food and do more exercise, then that tends to do the trick.

I am TRYING to cut out the crap from my diet, although I'm not having much luck with that.

However, I've been at water aerobics twice this week, and hope to keep this up twice a week. I hope this makes a difference, although at least I am keeping fit in the meantime, until I get to grips with eating sensibly.

A lot of people who are overweight can be healthier than some slim people - due to their increased activity.
