How i get mussels?!


Question: My son is 11 and whants to get some mussels because id friends have big ones i have told him he dosent needs them but he wont listion so how can he get musseles with out going to the gym please help. What i do?

do some bicep curls with either small dumbbells or even tins in each hand. go for about 15-20 dumbbell curls then rest for about 2 mins and repeat. do his 3-4 times a week and it'll be enough to make him grow stronger, but not totally massive and out of proportion!

You can buy them at the fishmongers.

mussels live on the sea bed though more convenient than fishing for them you could buy them in a fishmongers or large supermarket. It is very important to ensure they are healthy though, mussels like other shellfish can carry bad diseases.

mussels from the fish counter.... but if you mean muscles then he should do some press ups or lots of sports, avoid weights though they can affect growing bones

work out! thats the only way you can't just magically grow them sorry<3 for your abs you , lay on your back, put your hand over your head on the floor you can even hold on to something heavy to keep you down and then lift your legs up and down it burns but it works really good! <3

Yes "Muscles", tell him to lift a tin of beans in each hand to above his head for 10 minutes per day. That should be just enough exercise for him at his age.

resistance training using body weight exercises such as press ups, pull ups, crunches etc., at 11 he's too young for hitting the weights . Get the boy doing sports.

lifting weights or fill 2 2litre bottles of water nd lift at d same time but do it 100 times per day bt strech first dnt pull n e thing!!!

Any visit to a sandy beach may result in finding some mussels. To create muscles of your own requires regular vigorous exercise.
