How can I lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks?!

I know it is possible, whether or not it's healthy. although, I don't see why it'd be unhealthy.

For "healthy weight loss" you usually don't want to loose more that 2 lbs a week. Hence the "not healthy part".

Please understand though, it isn't uncommon to loose that much in 2 weeks or even in a week if you are eating healthy, are just starting a program and have increased your exercise.

1. Start drinking water. If you can replace every soda you may drink with water it will help.

2. If you think you may be retaining water, drinking more water will help flush this out (I know it seems weird but it works).

3. Cut out all processed foods from your diet. If you are going to eat bread, eat whole wheat (more than 3 grams of fiber).

4. Make sure you eat every 4 hours or so. Make sure that you eat a bit of protein, fat and carbs in every meal.

5. For the first 3 days log everything that you eat. Including gum, mints, handful of M&M's etc. Look at the number of calories you are taking in. Then subtract 500 (as long as this does not take you below 1200 cal).

6. Start exercising if you are not already. Walk 30 minutes (even if it is in 10 minute spurts) a day. Purchase (if you can) a pedometer and try to increase your number of steps each day.

If you love music, get up and Dance for 15 minutes (doesn't have to be pretty just move) :)

7. Try to stay away from refined sugars (candy and baked goods). If you slip, don't punish yourself, just move on.

8. Cut out empty calories: Soda, Wine, Beer. Also limit your servings of Juice (stick to 4 to 8 oz only).

I'm 13, but i would say wake up, make like a smoothie with bananas, strawberries, etc. Then wait a few minutes to digest, i rode my bike once after eating noodle soup i almost collapsed. Then take a brisk walk. If you have a dog, take 'em too. You don't have to, but ya whatever. Make sure to bring water with you and to drink a lot of water anyway. If you have cravings, Drink water to fill you up. You can't get fat with water. Also if you put tooth paste in your mouth. Nothing tastes good with tooth paste. ;)

2 hrs a day of aerobics, loads of water, here is what I do I take one fresh lemon squeeze out all the juice, you need 1/4 cup, 1/2 cup of real maple syrup!! and 8 oz. water. sip that all day long while drinking water, no food do this for 2 days, I lost 10 lbs last time I did this, and remember all you will be loosing is water, the first 10 lbs is always water, on the 3rd day eat lightly but do not skimp on the protein, we all need that, eat less calories, watch every thing you eat. you will lose lbs from drinking the water and other stuff , for the 2 days, but its only water you will loose, you should be about 10 lbs lighter and then if you continue to eat right, you should loose more weight in the 2 weeks, I once lost a lb a day, I hardly ate anything, I think it was the water intake, and the aerobics, I found out that I do not need alto of food to survive, just protein and raw vegis, and a few raw almonds, very important, good luck to you!
