Rock hard abs?!


Question: ok i was doing sit ups and im a little heavy but i was pushing on my stomach and its rock hard accept i hard a gut over it.... anything i can eat or do to help get rid of the gut quickly

recommended cardio and fast cardio.

Your muscles will continue to build and your stomach will continue to be fat...if you don't diet as well. Crunches are the worst thing you can do for a fat midsection. You will always have that layer of fat over your muscle if you don't lose the belly fat first. Running or jogging helps a lot. Try doing leg raises those are good for lifting the belly fat that hangs over your belt.
