Question: Yup. That's what I used to do. Everytime you get bored, do pushups. When you can (i.e. it wouldn't be embarrassing to do so) do clap-ups (push-ups so fast you end up high enough to clap your hands together before going back down). This will utilize more fast-twitch fibers, the ones with the most capability for growth.

Pullups on doorways are good for your arms and back, fyi. I'd throw those in as well. Just don't get caught. My mom was always afraid I'd tear off the doorframe.

  • Yes, but doing 300 pushups isn't as easy as it might sound, by the time u can do 300pushups in 1 go without stopping you will have pretty solid pecs and arms.

    Well I was gonna say to do about 20-30 but 300 is good to I guess
