you get cravings when you loose weight, yours seems to be.....bread! eat some but have some fruit or something else with it, that way you satisfy the craving but will be full enough not to want more. too much bread will put the weight back on. also try high fibre, high protein foods to fill you up so you are not hungry.
n make sure your bread is wholemeal, its higher in fibre, n more filling, n better for you.
congratulations on your weight loss. give yourself a pat on the back, you deserve it.

Yes if you eat too much of it. [Obvious] But bread is GOOOOOD! :D

yes brerad containt carbs and fat and if you eat alot and dont burn it off your body will store the unused energy from bread as fat

im afraid so bread is fattening, but if you buy weight watchers bread you'll be fine it comes in white, brown and wholemeal and i continued loosing weight eating this bread, good luck x

Hm. Depends what bread it is. Brown bread no not really and if so not enough to make you gain weight same with weight. Also depending on how many pieces and so on. If you get worried don't just consult a weight expert or do some searches regularly and update your mind on how many you should eat and how many you should skip. Usually after loosing weight you have a craving for bread ( if you are like most humans). Only because bread has not so much flavour but after exercising you think it has alot. It looks like you have a craving for bread and it shouldn't hurt if you are exercising alot and drinking water and fruit drinks with no sugar.

Yes one piece of wheat bread contains 50 calories which is less compared to normal white bread, so if you really cant stop yourself, eat wheat and wholemeal bread instead. :D
