Does anybody have any good pointers on gaining weight?!


Question: I have a fast matabolism to begin with and I work like 45 hours a week on top of school so sometimes I'm in a rush so I forget to eat...I am looking for a quick way to gain back some weight?

Weight gain is a little tricky. I assume you don't want fat. What you want to do is build muscle.

To gain weight, first you need to exercise. To really put on muscle you need something like weight training or swimming, but anything will ok.

Next, you need to change your eating habits. Eat more often and you will use that food effieciently.

Eat high protein foods, with approapriate carbs to keep your energy level up. Eat 6 times a day, each meal will quick and easy and so fit into your life style. Look for things like protein shakes, health bars and so on. Combine this with some fruit and you are set.

Avoid junk food, processed meats and things with a lot of fat.

Protein, use whey protein. It is what football players use to bulk up and it will probably work for you.

How do you know and how are we supposed to know if you're too skinny and need to gain weight, if you don't tell us ow tall you are and how much you weigh?

Milk shakes and french fries ?

eat, eat , eat and eat and when youv'e done with that eat some more
