Protein Question?!

Question: What kind of protein is meat (chicken, beef, tuna, etc)? I know about whey and casein... Whey being absorbed quickly and casein more slowly. Is meat casein or a different form of protein? Does the protein in meat release more slowly? Are different meats different protein types?
Also, what type of protein is soy? Like silk?
Thank you very much.

In regards to the answers above... One stupid one and one condescending one.
Whey is released quickly, casein slowly. Meat is slowly released. There is an answer about MEAT, not as clever and "protein is protein," but I tried.
:-)

idk

Protein is protien. Casein is milk protein, only found in milk. Soy protein is from soybeans, and is different from meat protein, which comes from animals. The difference between types of proteins is the kind and amount of amino acids they are made up of. Amino acids are the bulding blocks of proteins. Depending on the type of protein, your body takes longer or shorter to break it down when you digest it. Casein takes a long time, and a lot of people who think they are lactose intolerant are actually allergic to the milk protein casein.
